What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
Our standard MOQ is 50 sheets per finish/color. For custom projects, we can accommodate smaller quantities — please contact us to discuss.
Can I get free samples?
Yes! We provide free 100×100mm samples for up to 5 finishes. Larger samples (300×300mm) are available at a nominal cost. Samples ship within 3–5 business days.
What is the production lead time?
Standard orders: 15–20 days. Custom orders (special colors, patterns, fabrication): 20–30 days. Rush orders available upon request.
Do you provide installation guidance?
Yes, we provide detailed installation guides, technical drawings, and video tutorials. For large projects, we can arrange on-site technical support.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipping), L/C at sight, Western Union for sample orders. We’re flexible for long-term partners.
