- Order Confirmation
All orders are confirmed upon receipt of deposit payment. Please review all product specifications, quantities, and finishes carefully before confirming your order, as custom-manufactured products cannot be cancelled once production has begun. - Quality Guarantee
We conduct 100% quality inspection before shipment. All products are guaranteed to meet the agreed specifications. If products are found to be defective or do not match the confirmed order specifications, we will arrange replacement or compensation at no additional cost. - Returns
Due to the custom-manufactured nature of our stainless steel products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect ordering by the buyer. Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- Products are damaged upon arrival (must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence)
- Products do not match the confirmed order specifications
- Refunds
Refunds are processed in the following situations:
- If we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
- If confirmed defective products cannot be replaced, a partial or full refund will be negotiated based on the extent of the issue.
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
- Dispute Resolution
